The textile industry in such countries have to understand the forthcoming market forces and develop COMPETITIVE EDGE in order to survive hard times. The companies need to refine and fine tune their PROCESS / PRODUCT/ PROCURMENT/MARKETING/INVESTMENT policies.


Industries in Turkey and CIS cease to have umbrella of quota benefits and to certain extent geographical advantages hence should strive to develop a “MOTE” in the form INNOVATION AND COST ADVANTAGE.

Texcon is a Textile specialist, led by two Technocrats Mr.Vadiraj Tilgul and Mr.Sachin Kulkarni and a team of specialists namely Laçin Alkanlý who hails from a traditional textile family.The organization is based in Turkey with counterparts in Indonesia/ India/ South Africa/USA.


Both the partners have a Masters degree in Textiles and extensive knowledge of Global Textile Industry and and a score of credentials to their account.
